1 Formation of Contract
An order submission is an offer to purchase. A binding contract forms only when we email a Dispatch Confirmation.
2 Pricing & Payment
Prices are in GBP and include UK VAT. Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe or PayPal.
3 Lead‑Time
- Made‑to‑order rings: dispatch within 7 business days.
- Ready‑to‑ship items: 1–2 business days.
4 Delivery & Risk
Risk passes on delivery; title passes on full payment.
5 Right to Cancel (non‑custom items only)
You may cancel within 14 calendar days of delivery (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Email hello@roboatesjewellery.co.uk quoting your order number.
6 Returns & Refunds
Return goods within 14 days of cancellation in unworn condition. Refunds issued within 14 days of receipt. Custom‑sized or engraved pieces are exempt unless faulty.
7 Faulty or Mis‑described Goods
Remedy by repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8 Limitation of Liability
Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or liability that statute forbids excluding. Our total liability shall not exceed the order value.
9 Governing Law
English law; exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
