Shipping & Delivery
- UK – Royal Mail Special Delivery £4 flat / free over £100. ETA 1 day after dispatch.
- EU / US / RoW – Tracked & Signed; rate shown at checkout. Import duties payable by recipient.
- Parcels insured. If tracking shows no movement for 10 days we will resend or refund.
Returns & Cancellations
tandard items: cancel within 14 days of delivery; return within 14 days of cancellation. Buyer pays return postage.
Custom & made‑to‑order rings: exempt from the statutory right to cancel. One complimentary resize up to +2 UK sizes within 14 days (buyer covers return postage). Size reductions or adjustments beyond 2 sizes incur a £25 workshop fee plus an £8 international shipping supplement for non‑UK addresses, as re‑soldering and re‑oxidising are required.
We reserve the right to refuse future orders from accounts with excessive non‑fault returns.
Ring Care & Maintenance
- Store silver in the included free anti oxidisation bag / an airtight pouch.
- Clean with included soft cloth; avoid chemical dips on oxidised finishes, or the “aluminium technique”.
Sizing Guide
- Free plastic ring sizer on request, included free with each purchase.
- UK / EU / US choice in product pages. We resize unworn rings +1 UK size within 14 days (see Returns).
Health & Allergy
- All items are nickel‑free Sterling (925) Silver.
- Discontinue wear if irritation occurs.
